Contact form. If you send an enquiry, we receive your full name, email, message and, if you enter it, your company name, together with the time of sending. We use them only to reply to you.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Official Gazette of BiH No. 12/25). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address in section 1. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Server logs. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). GitHub logs and stores the IP address of every visitor for security purposes, whether or not the visitor has a GitHub account. We have no access to these logs and do not use them. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention and other terms are set by GitHub's privacy statement.
This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening the site contacts no third party. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Enquiries from the form are stored in Google Sheets and notified to us by Gmail, within the company's business Google Workspace account. Google processes them as our processor under a data processing agreement and does not use them for its own purposes. Form data does not pass through GitHub.
We do not sell your data, share it with anyone else or use it for marketing.
We keep enquiries for 24 months after the last communication and then delete them. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, the data is kept as required by the rules on business records.
Send requests to the address in section 1; we reply within one month at the latest. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
We update this notice when the way we process data changes. The effective date is shown at the top.
